JÉROME SAINTE ROSE
Born in 1966, in Paris France.
In 1983, He enters the renowned Louis Lumière school to study photographic. He starts his early career in 1985 as an assistant at Studio Astre in Paris for world famous photographers including Albert Watson, Bill King, Steven Silverstein, Bert Stern, to name a few. His passion for travel has given Jerome Sainte Rose the opportunity to photography landscape and daily life scenes. In 1993 he collaborates with Chantal Roos, CEO of Beuaté Prestige International ( branch of Shiseido), for advertising and product launch campaigns for Issey Miyake and Jean Paul Gaultier parfum brands. He moves to the United States in 1995. Based in Los Angeles for 5 years, he will extended hi professional horizons by working on full-length films and photographic works including advertising campaigns for Dockers Levis catalogue, Vans, Hard Candy amongst other. He will also portray renowned actors such as Chiara Mastroiani or Beverly d’Angelo. In 2001, he moves to New York, where he collaborates with the press agency Corbis Outline and does some photography works for Fader and Trace magazines. Two years later, in 2003, he moves to Sao Paulo, Brazil and collaborates with many well-know magazines including Vogue, Vogue Homme, Vogue Beaty, Vogue Jewellery, ELLE, Claudia, A magazine, Playboy and GQ magazine. He has also done advertising campaigns for H Stern jewellery catalogue, NK store, Le Lis Blanc and Oxto. He expands his professional expertise with video for the Citroen advertising campaign launched during the Sao Paulo fashion week; and works on many different projects during which he combines his expertise as Artistic and Photography Director. His most recent and current project is the elaboration of a book showing the diversity and multicultural richness of Brazil.
